Cindy Hutton

Cindy is a professional landscape and portrait artist and works from her studio gallery in Nelson.

Many of her early paintings captured her children and grandchildren set in magic New Zealand scenery. In recent years her work is reminiscent of a high country life, lost for many people but recaptured on canvas to be enjoyed forever. She enjoys painting scenes where movement portrays the joy of life, colours carefully chosen create light, and her connection with rural New Zealand infuses passion into her work that becomes the experience of the viewer.

Cindy regularly paints commissions and has sold through galleries nationally. Her artworks are sought after by art collectors.
